For this sophisticated project, we delivered a custom-designed range of outdoor products that blend seamlessly with the architectural style, balancing elegance and practicality.

1. Fixed Carport Roofs

Material: Polycarbonate roofing supported by extruded aluminium frames.
Design Details: The frames boast a timber-look Chestnut finish, complemented by a Monument powder-coated structure, elevating the duplex façade with sleek, durable aesthetics.

2. MED Twist Tilting Louvre Roofs

Installation: Two state-of-the-art MED Twist tilting louvre pergola systems were installed on the patio areas of each duplex. These roofs provide all-weather versatility, offering shade and ventilation.
Colour Scheme: Powder-coated in Monument for a refined and cohesive design.

3. Polycarbonate Slimline Awnings

Style: Two slimline awnings were installed on the first-floor balconies, providing protection from the elements without sacrificing natural light.
Finish: Powder-coated in Monument, these awnings blend seamlessly with the duplex’s modern aesthetic.

4. Screentex Wire Outdoor Blinds

Installation: Four Screentex Wire Outdoor Blinds were installed on the first-floor balconies for added privacy and shading.
Details: These made-to-order blinds feature Soltis 92 fabric in colour 2171 Boulder, paired with Monument powder-coated head boxes for a polished look.

5. Aluminium Batten Systems

Modern Façade Design: The duplex’s front elevation is enhanced with aluminium battens, which continue through to the side gates and front doors privacy screens.
Material and Finish: Constructed from extruded aluminium and finished in a timber-look Chestnut grain, these battens add warmth and sophistication.

6. Aluminium Louvre Screens

Utility Integration: Fixed elliptical louvre screens were custom-designed to create stylish yet discreet utility enclosures for gas meters, rubbish bins, and hot water systems.
Finish: Powder-coated in Monument, these screens integrate harmoniously with the overall design.
