In the heart of Manly, the newly fitted-out Cibaria brings European charm to one of Sydney’s most iconic coastal precincts.
As part of the restaurant’s full fit-out, Outdoor Blinds & Awnings (OBA) was engaged to design, manufacture and install a complete suite of custom canopy awnings — combining architectural presence, brand identity and practical weather protection.
The Vision
The brief was clear:
• Create a strong street presence
• Integrate custom sign writing into the awnings
• Deliver cohesive colour detailing
• Enhance shade and protection for diners
• Complement the refined interior fit-out
This project required precision fabrication and careful coordination to ensure consistency across multiple awning types.
4 Custom Wedge Canopy Awnings
The façade is anchored by four large custom canopy awnings, each manufactured using premium Dickson fabric and finished with detailed braiding and piping to elevate the design.
