- Not exceed total area of 20 square meters
- Adhere to maximum projection of 2 meters
- Allow at least 900mm from each side and rear boundary when fully extended
- Not be not be higher than 3m from ground level
- Not interfere with the functioning of existing drainage fixtures or flow paths
